How to use

Take a small amount of cleansing balm on your hand and melt off make-up by gently massaging it onto your dry face. Moisten your hands and continue to massage, allowing the balm to become milky. Rinse clean with plenty of water. Pat your face dry with a towel, then apply toner, serum and moisturizer.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and are shown at checkout. Orders over €45 qualify for free standard shipping. Please note there may be delays during holidays or promotional periods.

Remember to collect your order. If an order is returned due to non-collection, a processing fee may be charged.

We do not use partial deliveries. If an item is unavailable, the remaining products will be shipped and the missing items refunded. If your original order qualified for free shipping, you will not be charged in this case.

Returns

You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned items or proof of return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For hygienic reasons, only unopened products can be returned.
