Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and are shown at checkout. Orders over €45 qualify for free standard shipping. Please note there may be delays during holidays or promotional periods.
Remember to collect your order. If an order is returned due to non-collection, a processing fee may be charged.
We do not use partial deliveries. If an item is unavailable, the remaining products will be shipped and the missing items refunded. If your original order qualified for free shipping, you will not be charged in this case.
